What does AK RFP Hub cover?
Public solicitations, bids, and grant notices from across Alaska — 40+ agencies spanning federal (SAM.gov and Grants.gov), the State of Alaska, boroughs and cities, utilities and authorities, school districts, and tribal organizations — pulled from two dozen-plus sources into one feed.
How often is it updated?
The sources are scanned every day — most of them several times a day — so new notices show up quickly and existing ones are kept current. Your feed refreshes every morning.
Matching
How does matching work without NAICS codes or keywords?
You describe your business or paste your website once. Our AI builds a profile of what your shop actually does, then uses semantic + keyword retrieval to surface the opportunities that fit — no code lists to maintain. Each match comes with a fit score and a one-line reason it showed up.
What does the fit score mean?
It's a 0–1 estimate of how well an opportunity fits your core business. We label high fit at 0.75+ and medium at 0.5+, so you can scan the strongest matches first.
Eligibility
How does the eligibility pre-screen work?
A set-aside you can't solo-claim is flagged, not hidden — and a missing certification or license is flagged the same way — so you can still team up or subcontract to pursue the work, and mark "we have this" to clear it.
Free trial & billing
How does the free trial work?
You get a 30-day free trial. A card is required to start, but you are not charged during the trial, and we email you a reminder before it ends. If you don't cancel, your card is charged when the 30 days are up.
What does it cost, and when am I charged?
$49/month or $490/year (about two months free). Your first charge is when the 30-day trial ends, then on each renewal date after that.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged. Cancel a paid plan and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable and we don't pro-rate unused time in a billing period. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Data accuracy
Can I rely on the deadlines and details shown?
Treat them as a starting point, not the final word. Everything is sourced from public agency notices and can be incomplete, delayed, or mis-parsed. Always verify scope, deadlines, and requirements directly with the issuing agency before bidding.
Your account
Can I change my email or password, or delete my account?
Yes — all from Settings → Account. You can change your email and password, download your data, or delete your account. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and removes your data.
