This Privacy Policy explains how K.AI Consulting LLC ("we," "us"), operator of AK RFP Hub (the "Service"), Anchorage, Alaska, collects, uses, and shares information about you.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your email address and password (passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider).
Business profile: the website URL or description you provide and the capabilities, certifications, and eligibility details derived from it.
Usage data: opportunities you view, save, or star; searches; and notification preferences.
Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status and limited billing metadata, but we do not store your full card details.
Analytics: standard device, browser, and interaction data via Google Analytics and Google Ads tags.

2. How we use information

To provide the Service: match, rank, and deliver relevant Alaska opportunities.
To send transactional and (with your consent) digest emails.
To process subscriptions and billing.
To measure, secure, and improve the Service.

3. Service providers (processors)

We share data with vendors who process it on our behalf:

Supabase — database, authentication, and backend hosting.
Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
Resend — transactional and digest email delivery.
Google — analytics and advertising measurement.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics (Google Analytics / Google Ads). You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and profile data while your account is active. After you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records (e.g., billing) to comply with law.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can change your email and password and delete your account from Settings, or contact us at kai@akrfp.com. Depending on where you live (e.g., California/CCPA, EU/UK GDPR), you may have additional rights, including the right to request deletion and to opt out of certain processing.

7. Email choices

You can turn off digest and marketing emails in Settings or via the unsubscribe link in any such email. Essential account and billing emails are transactional.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
