Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AK RFP Hub (the "Service"), operated by K.AI Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), Anchorage, Alaska. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

AK RFP Hub aggregates publicly posted Alaska government solicitations, bids, and grant notices from many sources into one feed, and uses automated matching to surface opportunities relevant to your business profile. The Service is an informational and discovery tool. It is not legal, procurement, or bidding advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any business you register.

3. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

• The Service is offered on a paid subscription at $49/month or $490/year, with a 30-day free trial.
• A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is automatically charged for the plan you selected when the 30-day trial ends, and on each renewal date thereafter.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects you.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are handled by Stripe, not us.

4. Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing (Stripe customer portal). Cancelling before your trial ends means you are never charged.
• If you cancel a paid subscription, you keep access until the end of the current billing period; it does not renew after that.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service's data or output in bulk.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Data accuracy — no warranty

Opportunity information is sourced from public agency notices and is provided "as is." It may be incomplete, delayed, mis-parsed, or out of date. Deadlines, scope, dollar values, bonding and wage requirements, and eligibility determinations shown in the Service may be wrong. You must verify every opportunity directly with the issuing agency before relying on it or submitting a bid. We do not guarantee that any particular opportunity will be surfaced, matched, or surfaced on time, and we are not responsible for bids missed, submitted, or lost based on information in the Service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, K.AI Consulting LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and original content are owned by K.AI Consulting LLC. Underlying solicitation data originates from public government sources. You retain ownership of the business profile information you provide.

9. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA.
